Hội chứng trầm cảm trong giai đoạn dịch covid (Cập nhật đến ngày 6/5/2022)

Theo các chuyên gia, trầm cảm là một trong những rối loạn tâm lý thường gặp, được xếp vào nhóm bệnh "rối loạn khí sắc". Người bệnh thường xuyên ở trạng thái trầm buồn, bi quan, mất hết hy vọng vào tương lai, không còn sự tự tin hay hứng thú với hoạt động diễn ra trong cuộc sống. Trầm cảm nghiêm trọng dẫn đến biểu hiện cơ thể luôn cảm thấy mệt mỏi, ảnh hưởng và làm thay đổi thói quen ăn uống, tụt hoặc tăng cân, rối loạn giấc ngủ, đặc biệt là xuất hiện những ý định hay hành vi thụ động, tự gây hại bản thân và thậm chí tự tử. Cục Thông tin khoa học và công nghệ quốc gia xin giới thiệu một số bài nghiên cứu đã được xuất bản chính thức và các bài viết được chấp nhận đăng trên những cơ sở dữ liệu học thuật chính thống.
