Diode laser một loại laser có cấu tạo tương tự như một diode. Nó có môi trường kích thích là chất bán dẫn dạng p-n nối tiếp của diode. Diode laser hoạt động gần giống với diode phát quang. Nó cũng được gọi là đèn diode nội xạ và được viết tắt là LD hay ILD. Để hiểu rõ hơn Cục Thông tin khoa học và công nghệ quốc gia xin giới thiệu một số bài nghiên cứu đã được xuất bản chính thức và các bài viết được chấp nhận đăng trên những cơ sở dữ liệu học thuật chính thống.
