Năng lượng tái tạo (Renewable energy trong tiếng Anh với renewable có nghĩa là tái tạo và energy là năng lượng) hay còn được gọi theo cách khác là năng lượng sạch, là loại năng lượng sinh ra từ các nguồn thiên nhiên hay các quy trình tự nhiên được hình thành liên tục mà theo góc nhìn của con người là vô hạn. Ví dụ như ánh sáng mặt trời, nước chảy, gió, thủy triều, mưa... Để hiểu rõ hơn Cục Thông tin khoa học và công nghệ quốc gia xin giới thiệu một số bài nghiên cứu đã được xuất bản chính thức và các bài viết được chấp nhận đăng trên những cơ sở dữ liệu học thuật chính thống.
