Công nghệ terahertz và ứng dụng của nó (Cập nhật đến ngày 30/9/2022)

T-ray là một kỹ thuật sử dụng sóng terahertz, cái gọi là khoa học terahertz, để nghiên cứu một phân đoạn của sóng z điện có thể "nhìn thấu" rất nhiều. Hơn 100 năm trước, terahertz đã được đề cập trong thiên văn học hồng ngoại, nhưng nó hiếm khi được đề cập trong nghiên cứu khoa học và các vấn đề dân sự. Trong lò vi sóng, ánh sáng nhìn thấy và công nghệ hồng ngoại được sử dụng rộng rãi, lý do chính cho sự phát triển tụt hậu của terahertz nằm trong việc thiếu máy dò và nguồn, cho đến 10 năm gần đây, với việc cải tiến các phương pháp nghiên cứu, mọi người trong nghiên cứu này trường có sự phát triển lớn hơn. Hiện nay, nghiên cứu về terahertz đã phát triển thành một lĩnh vực mới, và nghiên cứu về terahertz đã phát triển từ ba đơn vị 20 năm trước đến hơn 200 đơn vị trên toàn thế giới.
